WHERE DO YOU DELIVERY TO?

You can order from anywhere in the world . Delivery is worldwide(some exceptions in YummyRunner for perishable items).

 

CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE?

Please choose it from the drop-down menu on the product page, it is NOT guaranteed but we are sure the seller will do his best! ( don't forget to read delivery availability from the seller product/profile).TIPS: first come first served ;-)

 

IS IT POSSIBLE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?

Yes of course! Please see items listed for "next day delivery ".

Don't forget to read the "order before" deadlines from seller profile/product description.

 

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please read general cancellation/refund/return policy before place an order. Every seller has his own policy.

Contact the seller ASAP and check the refund/cancellation policy of the seller.

If the item is sold by TheRunners,you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of purchase(NOT perishable items)

If the item is sold by TheRunners: we offer a refund if you return the product within 14 days from the date you bought your product, if the products are complete and are in unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Perishable items can NOT be returned. After 14 days you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 14 days with details of the damage.

WHAT HAPPENS IF PRODUCTS ARE NOT DELIVERED IN TIME?

Please read the seller delivery policy. We suggest allowing an extra day for delivery.

SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS

If you are sending a product to a business, hotel or hospital, please be aware that our carriers may deliver the package to a shipping and receiving department. Please let your recipient know to expect a perishable package(and make sure the recipient is still there!)
